CONSTRUCTION
Life: Back: glass filled nylon frame, polyester yarn with co-polyester elastometric back suspension fabric. Upholstery topper: MDI polyurethane foam. Seat: glass filled nylon insert. Arm rests: aluminium/glass filled nylon post with thermoplastic urethane pad. Base: Glass filled nylon or die cast aluminium. Castors: clear nylon.
FINISHES
Life: base: polished aluminium, grey. Mechanism: silver. Seat & back, grey, silver, polished aluminium detail. 7 Life back suspension fabrics. 3 approved fabric, 5 approved leather groups.

Seat pan with forward flex: unique cut-out pattern with ribbed understructure provides dynamic movement and structural stability. Back flex: like the seat, back frame is also a flexible plane that moves with you. Seat depth with a standard upright tilt lock Lumbar support: soft, pliable, clear material; spring-loaded. Arms: available armless, fixed and height-adjustable. Environmental responsibility: high recycled/recyclable content.

Designed in collaboration with Formway Design, Life® represents a complete rethinking of how to approach sustainability through design. It’s not just about what materials are used, but how much material is used and how readily those materials can be separated and recycled.
